GRC 12/10.1: Ruleset for SuccessFactors when connected via IAG

Hi All,

We have a set-up where SF is connected to GRC 12 via IAG. I have few queries and observation. Requesting your clarification on the same

Auth. sync on SFEC connector does not give Actions and Permissions in GRACACTION and GRACAUTHPERM tables. Instead the static groups are found in GRACACTION , while GRACAUTHPERM is blank.

My legacy system of GRC10.1 has SF directly connected, i.e without IAG. The tables GRACACTION and GRACAUTHPERM have the same entries(no.s and values). eg. DATA_MODEL appears both as Action and Permission. I think there is something wrong in these tables.

Please clarify if Actions and Permissions are correctly synched to GRC 12, in case SF is connected via IAG.
