getting an error while opening the HCPMS service - " Retreiving X_CSRF-Token! Status Code:403 Forbidden"

Dear all,

This is the first time i am trying to open the HCPMS service but getting an error message “Retreiving X_CSRF-Token! Status Code:403 Forbidden” after clicking Ok on this popup, getting another error message “XCSRF Token is not available, further create, update, delete not possible” and finally the HCPMS screen comes up with some error.

I tried cleaning the chrome cache, killing all the instances of chrome, opening different browser like firefox, tried on other system with my id but nothing is working.

I saw this error on other blog as well but no solution was given.

Please help me in resolving this error.

Please check again:

Have you created both destinations as mentioned here ?

And assigned Administrator role to your pxxxx user?

Can you share its screenshot?

Well, i have been experiencing error2 quite often , i prefer to open HCPms cockpit in a private/incognito window to avoid such errors.

But most of the time in case of private/incognito window the page becomes unresponsive..

I am trying since 30 mnts but getting an error message as shown in the attachment.
