FLP cockpit - Dynamic tile count for app type WebDynpro

Hi Experts,

I would like to ask a question whether is it possible to have dynamic tile count for WebDynpro app type configuration on Fiori Launchpad Cockpit. I have been trying it on SAP Cloud Portal - FLP Cockpit.

I have tried it with the following steps (Managed App Configuration) but ended up with error.

1. In App Properties tab, WebDynpro App type is chosen.

2. System alias is given as destination created for on premise backend system via Cloud connector.

3. In Visualization tab, tile type dynamic app launcher is chosen in tile properties and service URL is provided under dynamic data.

After I publish site, App tile is showing an error (no dynamic count on tile) whereas clicking on tile and rendering of WebDynpro App from backend system is absolutely working fine.

Please advise if it is feasible. Highly appreciated for your answers.

Thanks for your reply.

It's a failed to load resource of server responded with 500 error. I assumed that there is no user or application information is being requesting at the time of service called. Please find attachments for console and network logs.

I have the following questions:

1. I have tried to put external debugger with test user for this WebDynpro app type but it is not stopping or service being called.

2. I have tried same OData service with UI5 app type which is working fine and service is being called.

3. Does WebDynpro app type behaves same as UI5 app type while calling dynamic tile count on FLP?

Please provide your valuable feedback and assistance to achieve dynamic count to WebDynpro app type on FLP.
