Hello Solman Experts,
After copying the transaction type to Z then trying to change the maintainace language from DE to EN under T code CRMBS02 giving error "First translate user status to EN language - Message No. BS211".
I already tried with blog https://answers.sap.com/questions/6440508/service-desk-status-profile.html but not helping.
Attachment copied. Can you help me in changing the maintainance language from DE to EN ?
