Field KOMV-KSCHL (13) does not exist in dynpro SAPMV45A 5002

Hello...
We are tryin to run a transaction to create sales orders.
And some of the systems show these 2 errors:
Field KOMV-KSCHL (13) does not exist in dynpro SAPMV45A 5002
Field KOMV-KBETR (13) does not exist in dynpro SAPMV45A 5002

Only some of the users get this error while the rest of us are able to successfully create 100s of sales orders.

I believe it has something to do with the Pricing function.
But I am not sure...

Can someone suggest something to resolve this issue?

I have read a couple other posts regarding the same and they all have different answers and was wondering if the resolution depends on the field...

The error speaks for itself: you are trying to fill some fields on row (index) 13, but this row is not visible on the screen. For the users who are getting this error, check the screen size / resolution they are using on their screen.

Yes. You are right...
The issue occurs for those with a smaller screen size...
Could you help by proposing a fix?
Like, can we change the SAP screen size and resolution?

Actually...
No, thank you.
That was a silly question...
We reduced the scale of the layout from 150% to 125% for those having the issue and the issue has not occurred.
