Hi Team,

I have created a bot in SAP CAI and have deployed it on SAP Jam for the user. I want to know the logged in user details who is chatting with the bot so that transactions can be performed accordingly, is there a way in SAP CAI which can help me achieve this?

Hello Vinay,

Yes you can pass user information but in this case you need to build cusom connector either you can use SAP CAI SDK or Dialog Api to create conversation. Currently Standard BOT Connector Doesn't support this. I hope this help you. Look at below blog, exactly you need this.
