failed to create or init instance of model in web dynpro java

Hi,

In Web Dynpro java code log files, I see below error:

failed to create or init instance of model ''com.sap.xss.hr.cat.general.model.slim.CatsModelSlim'' in scope APPLICATION_SCOPE with instanceId ''<null>'': com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.model.api.WDModelException: The type of model represented by class 'com.sap.xss.hr.cat.general.model.slim.CatsModelSlim' is not compatible for creation by WDModelFactory!

Could you please tell me what could be the reason and how can I resolve above issue?
