Extractor Quotations to BI from ECC

Hi Experts,

I want to extract quotations from the ECC system to BI system and I want to use the 2LIS_11_VAHDR and VAITM. But when I am trying to fill the setup tables for those quotations I am not able to.

Can someone please tell me if can filter the records that are loaded into the Setup tables and if yes where can i see that filter.

If i understand your reqruiement correctly you are looking to fill the setup tables for particular selections right?

You can do this while filling setup tables.

use transaction OLI9BW -->here

You can filter based on Sales Organization ,company code and Sales document no.

next enter the name of the run and time ...

Execute .
