Event Mesh - Webhook to S4 - Payload not transmitted and no logs

Hi,

We have a scenario where events will be passed to S4 based on sales order change event and pass the event payload to S4 (which will hit custom odata api) via webhook. But we are not able to send the message to S4 via webhook.

In webhook we maintained the odata api endpoint URL, oprem, without handshake, username/pwd, queue name. In the last failed delivery reason, its giving an error as "Webhook endpoint response code 403". But when we checked with the BASIS team they confirmed that the authorization check is successful.

There are no logs in SU53 or other trace tcodes. In STAUTHTRACE tcode, i can see that an entry is created when we send a message to S4 from webhook like, Authorization checks successful. So its entering S4 -> auth success but lost somewhere inbetween.

I don't see any logs in IWBEP_ERROR_LOG and IWFND_ERROR_LOG tcodes.

I tried passing the success payload as it is from test tab in event mesh, still same result.

What else can we check ? screenshots attached
