Error while opening the exported Story in Adobe Acrobat Reader

Hi Team,

I have created a Story (Grid view) containing one table as a only widget in the Story.(Based on live model(calculation view)

When i am scheduling(broadcasting/bursting) the story or exporting it to pdf and trying to open the story with Adobe acrobat reader I am getting the error as "The dimension of this page are out-of-range. Page content might be truncated"

I have tried with selecting all the 4 Page resolutions possible while scheduling the stories ,(1024x768) ,(1280 x 720 ), (1366x768), (1920 x1080) but receiving the error in all the cases.

Please could you help me to resolve the issue.

Note: We need adobe acrobat reader as our default application to open the scheduled /exported pdf of the story.

Thanks in Advance

Hi Krishn,

I understand that your requirement is to include all data, however for testing purposes you could check if you can export a table with only limited number if rows that would easily fit into one page.

Kind regards,

Hi Krishn,

What if you select the option to split grid into pages? And what if you filter the data in the table so that it only return a single row to make sure only 1 page is exported. Do you have the same issue?

Hi Martijn,

Split grid into pages option also gives the same error. I have tried with all the possible combination of settings but still no luck on this

We cant apply filters to the story. We need all the data as visible in the story in the pdf.
