Error while loading UI editor in SAP Screen Personas

Hi ,

We have an requirement wherein we have to modify an WebDynpro screen which is an popup window using screen personas . But I am facing issues in it . I created new flavor and when I click on flavor editor it shows and progress bar (initializing backend) and is stuck on that . I am unable to open the UI editor. I also did inspect element for it and its throwing errors. UI editor is not working for any custom WebDynpro screen but for standard TCODE screen its working fine. Earlier everything was working fine, I have tried clearing web browser cache, MIME cache and different browser also . PFA screenshots for reference below:

The client sources note version you have implemented is too old. The reported problem was addressed by an earlier version, so apply the latest one and the error should be gone.

In general, we recommend to use the Floorplan Manager configuration options to modify screens rather than using SAP Screen Personas for Web Dynpro ABAP applications. See the SAP Note 3239603 for more information

If the switch to the Floorplan Manager is not currently feasible for you:

First, make sure your SAP Screen Personas Addon version is in maintenance. We currently support SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP14, SP15 and SP16

Secondly, make sure your SAP Screen Personas Addon installation is up-to-date. Go to the /PERSONAS/ADMIN transaction > Health Check and check if you have all relevant notes implemented

If the issue still persists, please open up a new BC-PER incident ticket.
