Error when trying to print out labels for Palletline

Hello everyone,

I am trying to reach out further as I am struggling with some application provided by Palletline based on Crystal Reports.

The app is called Contrado and is set up for Palletline. It works on 3 out of 4 workstations which is really confusing. All of them are exactly the same specs and having the same software. After reinstallation, the issue still appears.

When it comes to print out, we do select a certain position to be printed, press Print and then there are 2 windows popping up. One of them is just simply an error, the other one is saying this "The invocation of the constructor on type 'SAPBusinessObjects.WPF.Viewer.ViewerCore' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception."

I have no idea why it is happening and how to deal with it. Is there any chance anyone here can help with that?

Thank you!

Regards,
Piotr

Hello,

In case you are asking me if I have done previous research? Yes, I have spent a day trying to find a similar issue but I couldn't find anything that looks at least a little bit like this. Especially, that I am not sure what sort of application this is as there is no support and the app itself downloads installs god knows where and there is only a shortcut of 334 bytes.

Well confused with what we are even using here.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Regards,
Piotr

Okay, in case anyone else will ever find the same problem solution to it is easier than could be expected.

I have installed an older version of Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.1 and it fixed the error.

Thanks!
