Error when trying to connect SAP Cloud Integration on Eclipse Oxygen

Hello experts,

I'm trying to connect eclipse to the BTP tenant created for my trial account for Cloud Integration. I need this because I will deploy the Salesforce adapter for testing purposes but when I test the conection the error below occurs.

The adapter documentation refers to use the eclipse oxygen to deploy it and also the recently OpenSAP courses recommend it too.

Could you please tell me if there is a new IDE to do this job or the problem is related to my Trial Account?

Hi Rafael,

To deploy the Salesforce adaptor in the Cloud foundry CI account, you do not need to use eclips.

eclipse is only required only for the NEO account and SAP gives CF account for trial. so just edit the package, select the artifact type as Adaptor and upload the ".esa" file and deploy it.
after deployment, the adaptor will be available in the list.
