Error on Conversion NVARCHAR to UTF8

Hi experts

I'm having a strange error when running a Select statement on Hana Cloud DB explorer:

Error Conversion of parameter/column (1) from data type NVARCHAR to UTF8 failed near byte offset 61 of the source

The strange part of all of this is, I don't get any errors when inserting data into the table.. neither can't find the row that give me the issue..

Any suggestion on how to fix it?
