Error Exporting File

When printing a Sales Order Processing Invoice in Dynamics GP which is using Crystal Reporting....the following error is generating:

Error Exporting File. Error: Error in File: Missing or out-of-date export DLL. Error Number: -2147190548.

Can anyone please offer thoughts?

Check with the makers of the application, it could be exactly what is says or more than one copy of the export dll is found and the wrong one is being loaded.

This is more of an application issue.

is this one workstations all.

is this on one report or all?

This is only under 1 report and there is only 1 user accessing this workstation that has an issue.

What does this error mean? Why kind of application issue?
