Enchance SAP BI platform CMS system database.unx

Hi 

Is there any documentation on how to enhance the CMS system Database. unx? For example, I was trying to find out about the Webi report-based universe and its odbc info.

There is not any official documentation that I am aware of.

By trial and error, I have found that it is fairly easy to add top level objects as seen when using Query Builder.

With that being said, you will not be able to pull ODBC information from the CMS system database universe.  The ODBC information is local on a computer or server, not stored in the CMS database.

I was using the QB as below select si_scheduleinfo.si_destinations, si_name, si_id from ci_infoobjects where si_kind in ('crystalreport','pdf','excel','webi') and si_scheduleinfo.si_destinations like '%crystalenterprise.smtp%' and si_instance=1

How i can add in the UNX business layer for example SI_MAIL_ADDRESSES

I haven't figured that out yet. There is a path to get to that specific information, SI_SCHEDULEINFO.SI_DESTINATIONS.<A bunch of other stuff>.SI_MAIL_ADDRESS.
