Email Template in Custom Flexible Workflow for approval an Rejection

Hello Experts .,

I have Lot of doupts while Creating SAP Custome Flixble Workflow ..

I copied Mail template for Approval and Rejection and Creation with Exactilly naming convesion in Documentaion and Putting mail template if rejection in Exception part in Manage workflow fiori application

the only notificarion mail sent is creation of workitem but while approve or reject i did't find any notification

Issue while Approve and Reject ,, Please i need any help
