Email from services cloud identity does not arrive when activating SAP CLOUD ALM

HI,

have a question, I have a problem that when I activate SAP CLOUD ALM the email from cloud alm arrives but I don't get the cloud identity services activation email, will you know why? I did not have any pre-existing ones, additionally, should I have the identity service in the cloud mandatory to create and enter the cloud storage with other users? Can I log in another way with other users?I

I just checked, there are a few provisioning hanging in the queue. Maybe it is resolved soon, if not a customer ticket is needed for investigation....

Hi Jesus,

I would advise to create a ticket on SV-CLM-INF-ONB so that the colleagues can investigate.

I have other doubts because checking my global account I can't find anything related to the SAP CLOUD ALM account I provisioned. When I activate SAP Cloud ALM for the first time, it creates a new sub-account for the SAP Cloud ALM application? What is the nomenclature of this sub-account?

Where would this sub-account be located?

Or is it created in a pre-existing sub-account?
