Eclipse Oxygen Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

Hi,

I am setting up Eclipse Oxygen on a Win 10 laptop. When I try to Install New Software and enter the website of 'https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/oxygen/' I get following error:

Unable to read repository at https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/oxygen/content.xml. Unable to read repository at https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/oxygen/content.xml. Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?.

I have checked the network settings and i am not using any proxy. even if i change the connection to Direct, I get the error.

Additionally, when i try to run my Java application on HANA Cloud platform, I get following error:

Cannot reach host [https://us1.hana.ondemand.com]. Check host name for typing errors and make sure your proxy and network settings are correct

Please help how i can resolve this issues.

Hello community,

Any help on this would be appreciated. I am getting error when trying to 'Install Software' and cannot connect to https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/oxygen. When I try to 'Reload' other sites, they all work fine. I am not behind any firewall and we do not use any proxy. I have tried Direct, Manual, and Native connection but all have same result. I even tried to use Eclipse browser and it successfully pulls the site.
