EC2 and VM - File systems creation from AWS and Azure portal directly

Hi Experts,

Is there a way to create the required file systems for HANA and SAP installation while adding the disks for EC2 instances and VM creation from their respective AWS and Azure cloud portals?

* It can avoid creating the Logical volume, Volume group, and file system type manually at the OS level after instance creation

If so, please share the links.
