After doing a patch from version 4.2 Support Pack 9 Patch 6 to 4.2 Support Pack 9 Patch 16 we are not able to deliver schedule report to a file system. We have follow this guide: 2477817 - Error "CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged" when scheduling a report to file system after upgr... but it still doesn't work. We get this error message "destination file error. []: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]". Does anyone else have the same problem and have any solution for this?
This error is usually related to the permissions on the destination folder where the report is being saved. The account running the SAP BusinessObjects service may not have the necessary permissions to write to the destination folder.
