Demo licence SAP Document compliance

Hello,

we would like to install a Demo-System in order to provide a SAP Document Compliance Scenario for our Customer. And also, we would like to train some of our employee.

The onliest Demo-licence for Compliance, that we could find, was the Demo-Licence for Brasil, in which we are not interested. At first we have the europeen Landscape in focus. We are SAP-Partner und with a S/4 HANA 2020 System. Independent of who we were asking, we got only the information: have a look at our pricelist, where we cannot find the licence for Document compliance.

Can you help us with this?

please see the feedback from my colleagues who handle partner engagements:

A partner can get DC On-Prem license through the Test, Demo and Development (TDD) licensing. The components that can be licensed by partner are detailed out in this PartnerEdge document (needs PartnerEdge login).

A cursory glance in this document, the partner has observed rightly that there is only mention of DC Brazil option. The reason for this being DC on-prem component come when partner gets ‘TEST AND DEMONSTRATION – SAP ON-PREMISE LICENSES' (on page 6 of above link).

A leading link from this page (needs PartnerEdge login) shows what aspects of DC on-prem are covered (snapshot below from page 10 of this leading link)

Hello Andrea,

thank you for your question. I will check if we have specific partner licenses for Document Compliance. Can you please clarify the following: Is your system S4 on-prem or S4 Cloud (the content then would already be available, no license needed)? What scenarios in Europe are you looking for? As you may know there are mandates where invoices are sent to the authorities, in others invoices are sent electronically to a country's public sector. Both are Document Compliance but have different licenses. Please check here:

Hello Martin,

we have there a S/4 HANA 2020 on Premise System and we are interested in the solution for Germany, France and the Nederlands as well. At least one of this solutions would be fine. In focus is the B2B process.

We have customized what was possible, but had no success in creating a e-document. So we think that there is something missing in our system - a licence or so. In other cases, there were Business functions, what gave you a more on the customiziation side.

So we searched in the customizing for things which we maybe have forget, but we did not find anything. So now we think, that there is the licence missing. We know also, that we cannot send really a document without Peppol, but we want to create an edocument - this should be our first goal.
