Hi
I have a problem with the 'Default Recipient type' for output medium '7, Simple Mail'
I have configured KRML Credit processing output to pick up 'KM Credit Manager' via Determination method.
KM is assigned to Customer masterdata and Sales Document header via Partner determination.
KM is the default partner function in the output type
Access sequence i am using is Credit Control area/ Risk Group and Risk Category all at medium 7 simple mail.
However I cannot get this to send as the 'Recipient Type' is being defaulted as 'Organisational Unit' - wheras this should either be blank - or SAP Logon Name.
It seems to be using the first Recipient type in the list
Please advise
Many thanks
Tony

Hello,
Is this a workflow question? Which workflow (WS......)?
What sort of step are you having a problem with, what is it supposed to do and what does it actually do?

Hi Tony,
If I understand you correctly, the recipietn type is set to 'Organization Unit' in your case whereas you need to send it to a particular partner dynamically determined at run time.
If this is the case, then you can alter the send mail step to accept individual users as recipients.
Set the Recipient Type as Organization Object, then select Expression and in the recipient field enter the workflow container element name which fetch the user ID.
Else you can also hard code the userID in this field.
Please specify if you have some other query.
Hope this helps!

Hi
Thanks for your reply, but am slightly confused
Should Recipient type be BUSINESS OBJECT ?
I cannot see a choice for 'Organization Object'
I am also confused by select 'Expression' and enter 'workflow container element'
Please advise
(sorry I am not used to workflow, I am an SD Developer)
Thanks
Tony
