Datasource for Report S_ALR_87013611

Hi eveyone,

Senario:

i am building BW report base on Report S_ALR_87013611 in ERP.

On SCN i have found the Datasource for this  Report:

0CO_OM_CCA_1 and 0CO_OM_CCA_9

My Department want to have a Report about Actual/Plan cost Element over fiscal period (month) for all Company Code, so Datasource 0CO_OM_CCA_1 ist suitable for my Report.

The Problem is that: they want to have Company Code field and Cost element hierarchy in the Report. The Cost Element Hierarchy looks like this:

CA1-Top Node

..CA1-Group Node

....CA1-Cost element 500

But these Field are not available in the datasource.

Which table can we use to enhance the datasource 0CO_OM_CCA_1 with Company Code and Cost Element hierarchy?

Thanks

Pha,

you can load cost element hierarchy using 0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER datasource, later you can enable hierarchy of 0costelmnt info-object in bex report.

Thanks Jyothi.

Do you know which table can we use to enhance the datasource with company code?.

I am thinking of using datasource0CO_OM_CCA_9 for my Report because this Datasource has already Company Code. But it doesn't have Pla...

Another Idea is to join 2 Datasource *1 and *9. However i don't know how to join them because *1 is based on fiscal Period (month) and *9 is based on date.

co_mo_cca_1 data source has plan cost right? may be you can create a multi provider with both cca_1 and cca_9 , then create report on top?

Hi Jyothi,

Can i ask you:

How to join 2 cubes when there is diffence on aggregated level? (*1 is based on fiscal Period (month) and *9 is based on date)

add calmonth and fiscal period to target from which *9 is mapped, then convert calday to calmonth (it should convert automatically with the mapping) ..

then in end routine update fiscal period  using functional module passing calmonth as input.  you can search for FM here in scn.
