Database Name prompt on Crystal Report for windows 10(OS) IIS-please help

0 Kudos

Hi Team,

Crystal report is working fine on Local IIS,while deploying in Windows 10(OS) IIS ,Prompt is enabling and asking for database name while passing the parameters.Without passing parameters report is working as expected.

Crystal report credentials are set in the .aspx.cs file by using below command

reportDocument.SetDatabaseLogon(crystalLoginID, crystalLoginPWD, crystaServer, crystalDB);

Crystalreport viewer 13 is used to display the report

Is there any policy available(enable/disable) need to check on IIS which blocking the database access?

Crystal report runtime-CR 13 SP30 installed on IIS server

Please provide your suggestion to solve this.
