Data mismatch between ECC DB table : EKPO and RSA3 in SAP ECC system

Please could you help me to clarify the below doubts .I dont see a match between SAP ECC extractor checker (RSA3) and DB table field value . Ideally there should be a match as per my understanding.

Extractor:2LIS_02_ITM

I have a PO having two line items in SAP ECC. These 2 line items were deleted in ECC.

Field : LOEKZ Value from for a particular PO number i am seeing as 'L' (In the back end i have checked this PO .This line item is deleted and have Goods receipt and Invoice) in the Table : EKPO - LOEKZ level .While running extractor checker for the field LOEKZ, I am seeing value as 'S'(As per my study its blocked ) . Where as value for this field in EKPO is showing as 'L'. This data is being feed to BW system on a daily basis and business is asking questions about this mismatch.

Could you please help me to understand Why there is a mismatch from SAP ECC extractor checker (RSA3) data and EKPO table level for this field ?
