Hi All,
I have a requirement to create an OVS of service Category in the PhoneCall TI screen where the custom OVS needs to behave like standard OVS of Service Category in Service Request TI.
I have created the EC binded it to Live Activity.
Created SADL - ServiceIssueCategoryCatelogue based OVS for custom Service Category field as in image below.
Trying to achieve:-
> On click of OVS, need to display Category ID and Category Name in OVS popup(Done)
>On selection of a value, need to capture Category ID in the backend and Category name ito be displayed in UI.
I have created the below field with the property "Description Only"
Please note: this is the Activity XBO and not in the ServiceIssueCategoryCatelogue. Since being a XBO unable to create associations in between these two.
So when the OVS is executed I can get ID and Description, but on selection I have only ID.

Please suggest how to go about this.
