Custom navigation in sap fiori application

Hello. A few days ago I saw an interesting pattern on Fiori Design Guidelines. If you click on the save button, instead of going to the object in display mode, we can also navigate back to the list report. How do I override the behavior of the default save button generated by fiori elements to navigate back to the list report?
