Custom Fiori Tile

I am trying to create a Custom Fiori Tile for my Fiori Launchpad, but it's throwing Error in Console

This is My Project Structure:

startview.xml:

onthspot.view.xml:

Error in console:

I am not getting much blogs or content in Internet for this, let me know if anyone already created this custom Fiori tile or any Suggestions you're most welcome.

I am not getting controller file after deploying it to fiori launchpad , it may be a path issue.
