Crystal reports 2016 - Change report name at run time to use a formula field

Hi. Have customer reports for contracts, quotes, statements, etc...

Want the report filename to include the relevant document ID. (Such as Contract_ID, Quote_No, etc...)

I.e. Contract-12345.pdf, Quote-43564.pdf, Statement-54596.pdf 

Have created a formula field which has the file name I want to use - {@reportTitle}

'Loan Contract - ' + ToText({usp_Rpt_LoanAccountStatement;1.CONTRACT_ID}, 0, "")

Any suggestions on how to have the report file name change at run time?

There are several 3rd-party Crystal Reports automation tools that supports dynamic export file names. Ken Hamady maintains a listing here.

Thanks for the info. Was hoping there was some-way to do this in the standard product. Will see if using a 3rd party product is acceptable to the users.
