Crystal Report for VS 2010 - CRViewer.dll not available in re-dist

Hi,

Crystal Reports Viewer ActiveX dll is not available in redist-CRforVs2010 package.But, able to see in the SDK (i.e. In developer version for Visual studio).

Can we distribute ActiveXControls folder in the below path for deployment?

C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\Crystal Reports 2011\crystalreportviewers\ActiveXControls\CRViewer.dll

If Yes, What would be the license agreement for distributing ActiveXControls folder in deployment?

In a nutshell:

The ActiveX viewer which was part of the Report Designer Component SDK has been retired in version 11.5 or Crystal Reports. What you are seeing is only used for internal purposes (e.g.; in the .NET IDE) and you are not licensed to use this in any applications.
