I have installed crystal 2013 sp6 in my machine, after installation if i open crystal Designer its showing side by side configuration incorrect error.
My Windows edition is: windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit. In 32-bit it was working fine After i upgraded my OS to 64-bit its showing error.
Many time uninstalled and installed ,tried repair option also but its not working
