Crosstab Scrollbar

Hello everyone,

Currently, I've got one of the weird issue with the crosstab scrollbar. Crosstab scrollbar is not working properly.

Even i tried to fit data on one page to avoid the crosstab scrollbar, however I'm still getting scrollbar which is weird.

There are not much rows only 200 rows report and when that scrollbar hits the bottom arrow, whole data gets blank. It splits the crosstab in two parts where dimensions and measures rows do not match each other.

I have combined 3 reports in one dashboard and other 2 are working fine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi!

If you are still working with Lumira 2.1 as stated, you should update the software to a newer version. Latest version as of today is Lumira 2.4. If it is a bug in the software, maybe it is already fixed.

Thanks Harald for your reply.

I'm currently using Release 2.3 SP2 (Version: 23.2.0). You think it can be a bug in 2.3 as well? Do we need to upgrade it ?
