CRASH SAP GUI for Windows 8.00 after Patch 3 and Quartz theme

If i set in help-->Settings--> F4 Help Dialog (Modal), when I use a match code (as exemple in MM02 "T:Material by Material Type)", sap gui crash (all screen elements (Icons, buttons and fields disappears) until I create a new mode and close current one.

This happen just If i select quartz theme and Dialog Modal and with a Pach greater then 3.

If you have already tried with a different theme and the current patch5, I'd suggest opening a support ticket to SAP.
