Count with nofilter

Dear Expert;

I have webi block with applied filter restriction as measure=1. My webi block has dimensions as vendor, calenday day and vendor contract columns.

Now i tried to delete vendor contract from the report to get the count of vendor contract but iam not getting actual counts results.

Can you please explain what is filter measure=1(is there any formula).

and what exact data contain in vendor column(is it vendor name or vendor number)
