I was thought the same and i restarted SAP HANA server couple of times. But i was not able to fix the issue.

Thanks for your replay. Yes i have checked in HANA Cloud Platform Cockpit and HCP system running fine. I can able to access all the applications which are hosted on our server through web browser. But we are not able to connect to server through Eclipse for development.
No our SAP HANA System is not a Trail System.
Could you please let me know if there are any suggested ways.

Have your checked HANA Cloud Platform Cockpit?
Whether HCP system running fine?
If it is Trial System,
Have you received any mail stating that application was stopped?
