We are currently facing an issue in content network while transferring stories in between our two tenants. (Test tenant / productive tenant).

While importing the story from different tenant, the error pops out and window show message: Object failed to import: The resource does not exist ExceptionContentLib@/sap/fpa/services/contentlib/ContentlibManager.xsjslib:153

Note: Tgz file is succesfuly imported (https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2921504)

Have you ever faced a similar issue or have a solution for this?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Kind regards,

Vaclav

Vaclav,

In your import do you also include all the dependant objects that are automatically selected when importing the stories or do you believe these objects (models, connections, etc) already exist in the target tenant and manually remove them from the export?

If you included all the dependant objects can you try to import everything except for the stories and see if that succeeds without error, and if so import again and this time only select the stories?

Finally have you tried the option 'Drop objects' and 'Update existing object' during the import to force the update of the objects on your target tenant with the version from the export?

If none of these suggestions helps then there may be an invalid entry in the internal database that registers the objects in your tenant. If this is the case we will need to connect to your tenant and fix this in the backend. Please open a support incident and we can investigate further.

Regards,

Peter

Hello Vaclav,

The most plausible cause is that one of the dependencies is still located in the private folder, not the public one.
