Hello,
we have configured our SAP to get SAP notes via HTTP but have now a strange problem. In the SM59 the connection SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL is correct filled with the URL apps.support.sap.com but every connection that is established by the SAP system to the SAP support portal has got this address in it: techapps.support.sap.com.
In dev_icm you we can see this:

We have searched every place in SAP configuration but can't find the place where this is configured.

Please retest the issue now, there was a temporally issue in the SAP Backbone.
