conditional formatting in crosstab based on column value in Web intelligence report

Hi,
Can you please help create variables

For each Material, we need to highlight Ending Key figure cells based on below conditions
1) when Ltime <= Column count and Cell value is less than Column SS value then ending Key figure cell should be red .
2) Hightlight SS column with Red if the above condition is met

I have posted screenshot of before and after how the block should look like.
