Codepage issue in enterprise search results for RU language

Dear specialists!

I am having troubles with characters for the same value, being retrieved from the same field, however being displayed in different ways on the same view of enterprise search service results in browser. See the screen for more details (it's in russian, but gives an idea what the issue is).

It's definitely read from the same field - MAKT->MAKTX. I was inserting there different values with Latin letters and results of enterprise search was ok.

When I try to decode nonsense string of symbols from the bottom it corresponds to expected values if such modification is applied: HTML-Entities → CP1252 → UTF-8. So it's the same description of material but in a wrong codepage.

I am trying to find right place where to insert breakpoint to understand what is happening with codepage settings while inserting value into the bottom field. Is there any BSP application behind that service?

I have figured out via ESH_TEST_SEARCH enterprise search test program run that this value comes via $WHY_FOUND$ parameter:

p.s. I have tried to switch off why found parameter like it's described in note 1812799 - Deactivating the WhyFound function,but it still appears in search results.
