Charm page opens up RFC form

Hi ,

This is happening only in Dev solman system and not in prod.When I open Charm,RFC form opens up automatically and sometimes popup to select transaction type comes up.Instead of opening main page,RFC form is opening.Can somebody guide me here what's wrong.Also, Back button is disabled here.

Hello ,

How do you "open ChaRM"? Do you have a direct URL or do you use transaction SM_CRM?

Do you get the same issue in SOLMANPRO? I would compare the customizing between ZSOLMANPRO and SOLMANPRO and try to figure out why it is pointing you to the request for change creation page.

Hi Miguel,

I use both.And this doesn't happen every time.Sometimes it opens home page only.If there was something wrong in business role, it would open RFC form every time I open charm.

What is the Business Role?

Back button is disabled because you haven't navigated anywhere before the RfC page, so that's only normal.
