Changes made in the form layout are not reflecting in the form while printing.

The forms are developed in another system(development client) and we made a client copy of the data and moved to another system and did support package upgradation.

Now, Im trying to change the form layout in the upgraded system, but the changes are not reflected in the output of the form while printing.

We have tried changing the original system of the form using se03 t-code but it doesnot help. Please help us by providing an optimal solution as it is Go Live urgent.

Are you sure to update the good form ?

Did you try to catch the name of the form using debug ? or SQL trace ?

I assume this would require checking in your system(s) - you should create a customer incident
