I have a categorization schema created and assigned to the incident transaction type so when I create the incident, catalog shows up for the four levels (level 1 thru level 4) but when I create the RFC (ZMCR) as a follow on document from the incident, categories not coming over to the RFC. if I create the RFC alone, I am able to see the catalog and able to select the four levels but not transferring from the incident. Please advise. I verified the Multi-level categorization to the transaction assignment, it exists. Please advise.
