Hello,
I open up SAP Crystal Reports 2020 Support Pack 3 Patch 3.
I go to File - New - Standard Report.
I double-click on "OData". It comes up with:
Service root URL: https://services.odata.org/V4/Northwind/Northwind.svc/
User ID: (blank)
Password: (blank)
I then click "Finish".
So far, this has been as per https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3224719
However, it now says "Logon failed".
It is not just me that has been experiencing this. I have been getting multiple complaints since 2 January 2024.
Any ideas? Has there been a recent update to either OData or SAP Crystal Reports which is causing this problem?
I note that I can open this data source in Excel's Power Query, so it doesn't appear that there any credentials needed.
