Can you use "Multitarget Application Archive Builder" to create .mtar for "UI5 Builder" application?

We are successfully using the "Multi-Target Application Archive Builder" to build and package UI5 applications that are built using grunt and deployed to "Neo", as part of a Jenkins CI Pipeline.

With Web IDE Full-Stack defaulting to the new "UI5 Builder" it's not clear what needs to be added to mta.yaml to initiate a "UI5 Builder" build instead of Grunt when using the "MTA Archive Builder"

Please advise if this can be done, and provide an example mta.yaml to achieve this.

NB I do know how to revert a UI5 application to use Grunt builder, however would like to use the latest UI5 build too.
