Smart Data Integration supports MySQL sources with the CamelJDBC adapter (source PAM of SDI). SAP Data Intelligence has a dedicated connection type for MySQL sources.

I didn't get your SaaS reference (which one ?).

SaaS is NeoCRM, which is similar with salesforce CRM.

The database of NeoCRM is MySQL on cloud , with Open API interface.

So, the second question is "Any SAP suggested solution of connecting between BW4 and MySQL on cloud through Open API interface? "
