we are facing an issue, that the delivered qty for sales orders is partially wrong in SAP BW. After analysis we figured out, that the 2LIS_11_V_SSL is causing the issue but we haven't found a solution so far.
We have the following constellation:
Step 1: In ERP we have a sales oder with one item and one schedule line which was overdelivered (12to requested, 12,5 delivered with delivery 123456). --> after BW delivery everything looks good
Step 2: For this case an additonal delivery should be done but is not possible due to overdelivery from first delivery - therefore a second schedule line gets created and an additonal delivery ( 456789 - 3to) can be created
--> after BW delivery, the delivery (123456) from step 1 gets also delivered for schedule line 2 and partially deletion records are sent for schedule line 1
At the end, there are delivered quantities from my first delivery (123456) on both schedule lines and the delivered qty does not fit to ERP. In target ADSO keys are Sales document, item, schedule line, delivery and delivery number
Does anyone have any idea what could be the reason for this behaviour.
Why is the initial delivery also then delivered with the new schedule line? Ist this behaviour correct?
