BW Bridge: migration of calculation view, are there any news?

Hello Experts,

From what I understand BW Bridge do not support migration of hybrid modeled data flows from BW4/HANA sources.

In detail if someone create this kind of Legit flow in BW4/HANA on premise:

ADSO -> Calculation View -> Data Source -> TRFN/DTP -> ADSO.

This kind of flow will not be migrated for 2 reasons:

1) HANA - Local source systems are not supported (only ODP source systems). so BW Bridge can not have datasource that read from itself.

2) Calculation views need to be migrated in HANA Cloud BTP (which need to be developed with BAS), but at that point, how could you manage to make them work?

* CVs need to read from BW Bridge schema. ( can / could this be done? )

* BW Bridge technical user needs to read from CV HDI container. ( can / could this be done? )

* in BW4/HANA there is a transaction SCTS_HTA to sync hana artifacts with ABAP repository, now with gCTS in BW Bridge, does it work for calculation view?

if someone uses Hybrid modeling, probably the best practice is "move the logic from TRFN to calculation view", beccause they are much simple and powerfull.

So if someone has BW4 (and use it like a BW4 not like an old BW with ABAP TRFN), probabily he/she will have some "reserve" to moving to BW Bridge / Datasphere.

as he/she will find himself in this situation:

• Remap / rework front end BI tools to new objects: because query and composite providers are not migrated as-is but converted in Datasphere objects -> with some limitations.
• Redo all the "TL phase" from scratch as calculation views are not supported: => So whats the point of paying other CU for the BW Bridge capacity, to move the ETL, instead of developing it from scratch in Datasphere?

Is there some plan for the future of BW Bridge with Hybrid Modeling?

1. Some conversion from CV to Graphical View + Analytic Models and some write back functionality for BW Bridge?
2. Some sort of "preconfigured BW Bridge + BTP embedded"?
