Business Process Operations Setup steps

We are trying to setup Business Process Monitoring, Business Process Improvement and Data Consistency Management via Business Process Operations in our Solution Manager system. 

We have done the following so far: SOLMAN_SETUP -> Business Process Operations -> Basic BPO Configuration.

However, after this we are not being able to proceed as we are not being able to find any step by step guide on what needs to be done to enable the features under BPM, BPI and DCM.
