Broadcast the report in excel by email not working

Dear All,

I correctly configured and, scheduled the broadcasting by email and, I am getting in HTML format.

But unfortunately, I am not getting an option 'XML'. So I cannot send the report as an Excel file.

Please help me on how to enable XML.

Hello Bhavin,

Thanks for the link.

But, it didn't really help in my case.

The below is the screen shot from Portal.

In our BW system there in no Java stack installed. Portal does contain all the required BI* components.

Hi Jelbin,

Try opening the query via query designer tool and then select from menu Qery ->Publish ->BEx Broadcaster

Here you will get the option of setting up Excel XML attachment.
